The Information We Collect

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
• Emails, calls and messages: when you contact us directly, including by WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us.
• Website analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay and the type of device you use.

How We Use It

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver and support our services, and keep proper records of our work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

We never sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who We Share It With

We use trusted providers to run our website and communications:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and processes our contact form
• Microsoft, which provides our email
• Google, which provides website analytics if you accept analytics cookies, and the map on our contact page
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us that way

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep records of our work for as long as we need them to meet our legal, insurance and warranty obligations, and then delete them securely.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website only uses analytics cookies if you choose to accept them, using the message shown on your first visit. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and only loads if you accept cookies or choose to show it, because Google may set its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. You can also object to us using it. To make a request, contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
